Baby Requirements For Carnival Cruise Ship

Carnival Cruise Child Policy: Age Requirements

Infants

Infants must be at least 6 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail. This is to ensure that infants are old enough to receive the necessary vaccinations and are able to tolerate the rigors of travel.

Passports

All children traveling on a Carnival Cruise must have a valid passport. This is a requirement of the United States government, and it is important to ensure that your child's passport is up to date and has at least six months remaining before it expires.

Minors

Guests are required to be 21 years of age on embarkation day to travel on their own. Guests ages 18 to 20 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is at least 25 years of age.

Guest ages will be verified at check-in. If a guest is not the required age, they will not be allowed to board the ship.

Youth Programs

Carnival Youth Programs are open for children ages 6 months to 11 years. All youth must be registered to participate in the programs.

The Youth Programs offer a variety of activities for children of all ages, including supervised play, arts and crafts, and educational programs.

Strollers

When bringing a stroller on board it is essential to fold it and store it in a designated area. Strollers are not allowed to be used in the public areas of the ship.

Carnival Cruise Line has specific age requirements for babies on their ships. Infants as young as six months old are welcome to sail, but they must meet certain requirements. These requirements are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests on board.
